Mrs. Bermudez

Mrs. Bermudez has lived in Kingsville for three years and is married to Army Specialist E4, Carlos Bermbudez Jr. Together, they have three beautiful children, all of whom attend Jubilee Kingsville. The family previously resided in Fort Cavazos, U.S. Army Base, formally known as Fort Hood in Killeen, TX, where Mr. Bermudez finished a four-year term. Specialist E4, Bermudez currently serves in the National Guard, where he is a part of Operation Lone Star.

Once the couple learned they were to live in Kingsville, they decided to set roots and began searching for the right school district for two of their children. Mrs. Bermudez found Jubilee Kingsville, a designated Texas Purple Star Campus, through social media. She was excited to learn about the school's student-to-teacher ratio and how it met additional needs for her family. The small class sizes would allow her oldest son to have more one-on-one attention with his teacher and increase his opportunity to excel and be successful.

Jubilee Kingsville has everything she and her husband hoped for in a school. The Bermudez family loves the small-scale class sizes, free after-school enrichment programs, and half-day Wednesdays. Knowing their students are supported with homework assistance, tutoring, and other enrichment opportunities after school has benefited her oldest.

"My children's teachers are simply amazing, and the ladies at the front desk, are the best!" Mrs. Bermudez shares, “Do it! You will definitely not be disappointed in choosing Jubilee Academies as your school. It's amazing, and we definitely love it here. We really hope my children can go here 'till they graduate."
