Being a light to my community is an important skill you develop to help you lead others. Follow  the directions for the activity in this section.

Read the following to your student:

Famous boxer Muhammad Ali is quoted as saying “service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.” 

We have to find ways to give our time, energy and passion to others.

Student, discuss with your parent about someone that you know who would benefit from your time and assistance, and why.
